And this very tunnel prevents your cloth pads from sliding up and down! Our undies are made with a mix of bamboo, cotton and spandex to provide ultimate softness and flexibility at the same time. They are true to size, but our models have expressed that the thighs can be a bit tight. You can simply up one size if you'd like a more snug fit vs. tight fit.
