Order Processing Times
All online orders will be mailed out within 5 business days, unless there is an unexpected delay. All orders are shipped from Midlabd, ON, Canada.
Any returned mail due to address errors by the customer, the order will be resent only if the new shipping costs have been paid by the customer. For undeliverables / deliveries to wrong address due to address errors by the customer, illum has no responsibility to send out the order again.
